To be eligible for a refund, you must have not received confirmation from officials or scheduled any tournament / games via our website or the app.
You may be eligible for future credit towards use of the service in lieu of cash refund if your tournament / games are cancelled.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Stripes App.
